Limited One-Year Warranty

Glow Greek Lights offers a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

 

What’s Covered

  • Defects in LED lighting functionality

  • Structural defects resulting from manufacturing issues

 

What’s Not Covered​

  • Damage from misuse, drops, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Modifications or repairs not performed by Glow Greek Lights

 

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The Limited One-Year Warranty does not provide refunds or returns. Approved claims may result in a repair or replacement only, at our discretion.
